Scope
These terms govern your use of the Tlön website at tlon.sh and any services or content made available through it. Our commercial services (AI consulting, investment, and product engagements) are governed by separate written agreements. Our consumer products carry their own in-product terms which take precedence over this document for those products.

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. Information is offered in good faith but may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by Estonian and EU law, Tlon OÜ disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under EU law.
